“Japanese Soul Cooking”-one of the best books with Japanese recipes

Today I present to you my most beloved book about Japanese cuisine. I hunted her on the Amazon. I love to buy culinary books there. Most people have no idea that in addition to raw fish and seaweed, Japanese cuisine has many wonderful and filling dishes. Okonomiyaki, omurice, curry or gyoza dumplings are dishes that have become a permanent part of my family’s menu.

“Japanese soul cooking” mostly focuses on dishes that have been borrowed from other countries, and without them the average Japanese can’t live anymore. The book is very nicely published, although I would prefer more photos. I was very surprised by such practical comments as, for example, how to cut carrots, so that her pieces are fairly equal. I highly recommend it to people, who like me, like to explore Japanese cuisine. This book does not have a single recipe for sushi and I love it even more.
